shower is now completely broken and won’t come on at all. and landlord isn’t answering his emergency number. I’m really looking forward to this phone call on Monday morning - gonna tear him a new arsehole.
first, the company he uses to fix our boiler takes 4 weeks to order in replacement part and it’s wrong part, meaning we will be waiting another week or two.
the company he uses to look at our shower then says that they will replace the shower but leave without doing so even after me telling them the boiler isn’t working, therefore leaving us with no means to wash.
pretty tempted to hold off on the rent until these problems are fixed because the standard of service has been pretty abysmal.
