3 weeks I’ve been waiting on part for my boiler…
we have heating but when we use hot water taps, the water is hot for about 5 secs and then cools. which is no use if you are wanting baths or washing plates.
now they were out 3 weeks ago and I’m still waiting on the part to repair the boiler! If I was a pensioner, I bet they would have put a rush on it. not good form to keep pensioners waiting on boiler parts when it’s cold and getting to winter. but don’t worry about younger folk, it’s no problem.
can’t make my mind up whether to complain to letting agents or not.
