I have my first appraisal in work tomorrow…
I was only there for a few months last year when they came around so wasn’t included.
I’m not scared. I should get on alright. I know they will ask me what objectives I have and I’ll say “well I’d like to be more involved with the court work”. and they’ll nod their head and nothing will happen. the role I’m in, I can’t really pick up that work as filing is priority. so it would need to be Brian’s job. and he ain’t leaving any time soon.
Do I want to leave the work? No. I like working there and the people are nice. but I’m not going to spend the next 5 years doing filing. I may be looking on S1 over the weekend, just to see what is out there.
it’s a lot easier to get office jobs when you are already working in that “industry”. we’ll see how tomorrow goes.
