ok so Drive is brilliant.
Gosling is foreboding/cool as fuck. some BRUTAL deaths. I love the soundtrack though. It’s so 80’s influenced, with the synths.

loved tonight's Man Overboard show...
I’m a big fan of the dudes from Struggletown and the work they are doing. it’s vital work trying to create and foster a local scene and they seem to be getting there.
I was pretty impressed with the first band, Shields Up. Never heard of them before and they were different from every other band but I liked their stuff. Some nice melodies going on in their stuff. Wolves At Heart get...

End of week 1 at the gym...
feeling pretty good about myself. I feel fitter, healthier. I weighed myself today and according to scales at the gym, which I would think have to be pretty accurate, I am 11st. which is a lot lighter than I feel/think I look. I thought I’d be about 12st.
anyways, I’m delighted with that and my goal for week 4 is to be 10st.
